Represent the IConfigurationProvider collection as an IConfigurationSource for decryption based on an X509Certificate2.

Options of the certificate based configuration decryption (see AddCertificateDecryptorConfiguration(IConfigurationBuilder)).
- SecretConfigurationCertificateProvider
Loads configuration key/values from the providers define before this one. Decrypt the value with this one if value starts with the prefix.
- SecretDecryptorConfiguratorExtensions
Extension methods on IConfigurationBuilder that add a provider decrypting the values of the previously added providers. A value is decrypted when it starts with the prefix (
Decrypt:by default); the decrypted values are exposed by the added provider under the same keys. The decryption provider must therefore be added after the providers holding the encrypted values and the key material.
