Classes
- AsyncLock
An asynchronous mutual-exclusion lock that can be awaited (unlike
lock, it can be held across anawait). It is not re-entrant: acquiring it twice from the same flow without releasing it deadlocks.
- AsyncResult
The AsyncResult class is to perform asynchronous task. This is important when multiple asynchronous tasks are done in a ASP.Net page for sample.
- AsyncSemaphore
A minimal asynchronous semaphore: callers wait with WaitAsync() without blocking a thread and are served in first-in first-out order.
